The staff offered exceptional personalized recommendations for local dining and attractions.
The shower design caused significant water accumulation on the bathroom floor, leading to a slippery hazard.

We had an amazing family trip at this hotel! The location was perfect—close to Rembrandtplein and many attractions like museums and parks. The comfortable family suite was just what we needed!
In my wife's opinion, they should add a family play area.

Couple's Perfect Getaway
Let me tell you about the first night. We came back beat from the day and boom, they had a kettle and tea waiting with a smile. The beds were like sleeping on clouds, just what we needed after walking all day.
Sure, it wasn't cheap, but honestly, it was worth it.

the location was perfect, just a quick walk to major spots. the room had a nice balcony, cozy decor, and great amenities like a coffee machine and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. loved the air conditioning, especially during the heatwave, and the staff was super friendly and provided quick assistance.

Had a great time with my friends at this hotel! We loved taking a canal cruise and biking around the city. The location is perfect, close to everything. The room was comfortable and clean, and staff were really helpful. Just a heads up, expect some street noise if the windows are open, but it's manageable. Overall, a fantastic place for a group getaway!
One downside was the noisy street when the windows were open. It didn't affect our stay too much, but if you're a light sleeper, keep that in mind.
